Ensuring occupational health and safety, facility security, and environmental protection is our highest priority

Our company policy is dedicated to preventing accidents, injuries, and occupational health hazards while safeguarding the environment. We continuously enhance all activities at our sites by focusing on technical, organizational, and behavioral safety, fostering a proactive safety culture.

Compliance with all relevant regulations is integral to our corporate policy. As a member of Texas Oil Logistics LLC, enport aligns with the company's environmental and safety policies, which are formally documented in a separate company policy.

This approach ensures that all business processes affecting quality, the environment, occupational safety, and plant security are planned, controlled, and monitored effectively. We establish targets for continuous improvement and track our progress toward achieving them.

A key initiative in this effort is the development and maintenance of an integrated management system, which documents and continually improves our company processes.

One essential tool for the HSSE team is our incident database. This database records incidents and accidents that negatively impact safety, the environment, and our service delivery, allowing us to learn from these events and prevent future occurrences. All incidents, including near-misses, unsafe behaviors, and hazardous conditions, are documented and systematically analyzed. If necessary, HSSE alerts are issued to relevant sites and communicated to our employees and external stakeholders.

To measure, evaluate, and manage compliance with our standards and the effectiveness of our safety initiatives, we conduct regular internal audits and compile detailed HSSE statistics that include both leading and lagging indicators.

A crucial aspect of maintaining safe and environmentally responsible operations is the training and development of our employees. All new employees, contractors, and visitors receive HSSE training before they begin their work or visit our facilities.
