• 5. Hazard Identification: Identify and analyze potential hazards and safety gaps to effectively limit and control risks, preventing accidents in the long term.

• 6. Emergency Preparedness: Maintain readiness to respond swiftly and efficiently to emergency situations, minimizing the potential impact of incidents.

• 7. Risk Management: Construct and operate facilities, as well as use equipment and services, in a manner that avoids risks to people and the environment.

• 8. Training and Education: Offer training and job-specific education to all employees, supported by internal standards, procedures, and instructions.

• 9. Resource Efficiency: Utilize energy and natural resources efficiently while promoting environmental awareness among employees to minimize harmful impacts.

The management visibly and consistently supports and is responsible for the implementation of this company policy and expects all employees, contractors, and others working for and at Texas Oil Logistics LLC to uphold these principles.

Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
